Today I went to the Sprint store on McLean ave. I had an Tech issue with tethering. The sales rep Kenneth was awsome in both his customer service and his overall knowledge of Sprint phones ,tablets and the iv Various network issues. He quickly discovered that the issue was with Sprint falling to update my plan and resolved the issue quickly. Kenneth is a true professional and an asset to Sprint. He could be used as a trainer for new employees. n Dr Paul

Every time i have an issue with my phone i always come here. Ive never had an issue with Customer Service and would recommend Sprint and this Sprint store. Jeff is a very knowledgeable technician and has great people skills. Go here for all your issues!
