I went in to see about switching our 5 phones over to Sprint and the lady manager was so rude and pushy that we left, I wanted to purchase 5 phones and do 2 year contracts but she kept insisting that we do lease pay, I was NOT interested in doing that and she just kept on until she became obnoxious with her opinion on it and wasn't interested in what I wanted so we drove down and purchased our 5 new lines at Best Buy, they were happy to have our business and give me the plan that I wanted. I DO NOT recommend this store at all.
