Very rude representatives. I advise you to stay away from this store and go somewhere else. These representatives here will not answer your questions and cheat you out of your money.

Overall experience was great. I was able to get a brand new phone quickly. They did try to push a little but I know that's their job. I had a good experience and actually ended up paying less than I would have if I had done it online.

We have been a loyal sprint customer for a very long time and we been in this store for since they open but this time this year its been worse both manger and the store associate are not honest in doing business so be very careful of what your signing and what they give or say its as free accesorry just pay the tax bec. in the end your going to pay for it without knowing and their customer service is rude and disrespecful they do personal text while talking and conducting bussiness in front of the customer they are serving at the time. This is not a sprint i know so dont go here beware 😡😡😡

The customer service was great! Very personable, and down to earth. And the prices are very competitive as well. I'm glad I made the switch. 
I just made my first payment in store today. Daric, the person who originally helped me a few weeks ago with my new account remembered me, which is really awesome! Customer service was just as great as the last time. It's nice to be more than just an account number.

Been to this store 3 times and love the way they make you feel like they appreciate their customers I made the switch on 2 of my lines to Sprint got both my sons the IPhone 7 the staff very nice and courteous
