I would score it no stars but when i actually went there the manager was the saving grace. My daughter went there trying to get her phone fixed like 2 or 3 times it was a real fiascos. I literally had to call corporate to circumvent the clowns that i talked to earlier to release a phone my daughter brought in to get fixed.

The people that work there are the best...Nick and Earl are two of the best guys you could have working for Sprint. They both are there for anyone.
