My husband and I each got a new phone today and had an excellent experience. Ana (who's actually the assistant manager of the Anaheim store) and Ricardo helped us choose a plan and phones that were appropriate for us. We switched from Verizon, and now have better phones and more data for less money! We kept our old numbers, and all existing files and photos were transferred without a problem. We look forward to working again with this friendly knowledgeable staff.

I've been a carrier with Metro Pcs for almost 7 years now and coming into this store flipped that around for me. Ricardo helped me with all the plans and deals that were available and gave me the more optimal choice so I could get the new Samsung I want. Really helped  understand my options and gave me a reasonable quote price. All in all great customer service definitely worth driving a little farther, am switching to this new carrier asap.

I had the most wonderful experience, especially with Cassey Gonzales, she helped us a lot, I came all the way from Laguna niguel because I love this store, they're extremely helpful, knowledgable and they have the best customer service

Dear Cassie and Alonzo -

Your customer service was absolutely top to bottom ASTOUNDINGLY BAD. I almost left sprint entirely just to not have to deal with you (411 for anyone who gets completely screwed over by this sprint store just call sprint support and dial 0 for competent non liars and cheats). 

Let's list out everything that went wrong. 

Cassie- You didn't save my old phone number even though you could have. You also at 9am that morning told me you had an offer that would let me purchase an iPhone 6S and upgrade to a 7 after its release. Once I arrived you said that expired yesterday and that there was nothing you could do. (Interesting because when I called sprint directly they helped me upgrade to a 7 with no charges to undo all of your idiotic damage) After we discussed me getting an SE instead, you did not warn me that that would make it harder to get a 7. (It's fine sprint is going to honor everything anyway no thanks to you). You also used my drivers license and therefore made my address my MOMS HOUSE. You never even asked. Honestly top to bottom i'm shocked at your hideous behavior. 

Alonzo- I came in to upgrade my phone within the 15 day window and you told me I would have to pay a restocking fee even though this was within the 15 days that CASSIE had let me know I didn't have to pay. I asked you point blank if you were sure, you said yes. I trusted you for some reason. Funny however when I called the sprint support team they let me know you lied as well. 

For anyone looking for a store that doesn't lie try LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. 

Your business should be ashamed of yourselves for how badly you do business.
