Arian Solomon at the Novato Sprint Store has committed fraud.  She charged me for accessories I didn't purchase.  She used my signature from a contract I signed for my cell phone, copied it, created a new contract and fraudulently attatched it to the accessories contract.  I contacted the Fraud Division of Sprint who agreed.  Be careful at this store.  

 Monica M, store manager, is ineffective.  I tried to explain the problem I was having. She did nothing to correct the situation.  I had to call Sprint Fraud Dept. to get resolution.

They were advertising a rate 75% less than ours and told us customer service could offer it but they can't instore. YOUR IN LUCK Verizon is .3 miles away.

I switched from T-mobile onto sprint because they told me it would be cheaper. They lied to me about the price I would be paying per month, lied about the service fees, lied about the activation fees, and now have lied about trying to fix the issue. I am very disappointed with the service I have received from this store and I cant return the items without paying more money out of pocket. This place is a joke.

Bought a tablet yesterday returnef today unopened got charged 75 oo for my problem. 
They would  not override stocking fee 35 phone 75 tablet. 
Dont get caught like me      scumbags they are stay away
