Is your life to easy, peaceful or happy? Perhaps you’re masochistic and have run out of ways to self harm? I present to you Sprint! Not only do you get their exceptionally poor cell service that somehow lacks simultaneous voice and data in 2017 but you will be deceived, neglected and taken advantage of during your whole customer experience. It will start out with the promise of free products and services along with gift card offers that may or may not have expired weeks ago. You’ll leave the store thrilled with your take away but immediately catch a taste of buyer’s remorse as you make your first choppy phone call or wait 5 minute for Google Maps to load directions to your next location. After a few months you’ll notice that all the deductions and credits you were promised are absent from your bill and you’re paying twice what you were for the perfectly good carrier you regret leaving. Next you’ll call corporate who will repeatedly misunderstand your issue and put you on hold only to tell you that you must go through the store. If you don’t hate your life yet, just wait! Every time you call, they will be too busy for you and promise to call you back. And here’s the kicker: they NEVER will. This is guaranteed to continue for weeks until they finally promise to take care of the issue. Spoiler alert: THEY WON’T! This will continue until you finally cave and switch carriers because the truth is, Sprint hates you.

I came in the sprint store on Oakland ave fort Lauderdale October 16th 2016 with my iPhone 5s. I was told for trading in my phone that day that I would receive credit on my monthly bill. For trading in my phone I would receive about 7-8 dollars off each month for the trade in. My iPhone 5s was perfectly fine and functional and was already paid off. When I traded in my phone I received the iPhone 7 and a lease agreement. I was assured that for trading in my 5s I would receive credit for the iPhone 7 lease. I was also told it would take about 2-3 billing cycles for the change to take effect. I was also shown what the final monthly payments would be with the credit applied. I turned in my 5s that day and got the 7. After 2 months and still receiving a full bill I called sprint and asked them why the credit was not being applied on my account. They told me they only deal with online trade in/buy back. I became frustrated since I turned in a perfectly functional phone only to receive nothing for it. I could have kept my phone and continued using it for the low price. I called the store after 5 MONTHS of receiving full price billing and tried to get something resolved. I talked to a manager who gave me a tracking number for my phone that was in a 'warehouse". I called sprint and they told me the same thing that they only deal with online trade ins and they couldn't help me with my inquiry. I am now at the same sprint store I traded in my phone but the staff that helped me in October is no longer here. The present associate informed me that there was no promotion for the 5s at the time I traded in my phone. Meaning there is no reason I turned in my phone in the first place. I would like to know where my phone is or get some type of credit for turning in a free working phone. It's now July 12. 9 MONTHS later and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I have Called and talked to customer service numerous times in the last couple of months. I am tired and frustrated and feel like sprint is this huge corporation that has me the little guy under their thumb. My bill is $208 and sprint has sent me numerous messages threatening to cut off my services if I don't pay it. Since I am all by myself in a far away state and have no home phone. I have no way of surviving and communicating without my phone. I need it for work and multiple other things in my life and can't and won't be able to survive without it. I wish my bill would reflect what was promised so that I can pay it as a satisfied customer. I'm so frustrated by the multiple reps who've told me will follow up but never do. I also looked you guys up and noticed that this is what you do. You lie to your customers and since we're under contact we are obligated to pay out bill. If I get my services cut off there's no way of my family and boss to contact me. So I have to pay my bill yet you guys have FAILED multiple times to do your part and do WHAT WAS PROMISED. I feel bullied

The customer service at this store, particularly Roberto and Chonda, are terrific. But I have witnessed every single person in the store handle customers with great professionalism. And there were several irate customers to be handled with great professionalism.

My girlfriend signed up. The service isn't bad, but the staff kept "yessing" her. They told her whatever she wanted to hear. When the bill came out it was all wrong. When she tried to get the store to help the kept saying that they would help, but did nothing! If you want sprint, go to another store.

A store full of liars! Bill was wrong. No one in the store made any effort to fix a thing. USELESS employees! Manager hasn't returned a call for three weeks. It took 4 and a half months to get my credit to pay Verizon for switching. Verizon put me in collections.
