One of our favorite restaurants! Everything on the menu is great and reasonably priced. We usually order the chicken curry and fresh rolls for dinner and the large chicken banh mi sandwich for lunch the next day.

Sprouts is a staple in our house. Always fresh, healthy and delicious! The sesame balls are insanely good. The only “downside” is they are closed on the weekends. :

Very friendly staff but the grilled beef pho was not good.  No flavor at all.  I had to add shiracha, soy, and houssen sauce to make it taste like something.Food: 2/5

Absolutely delicious! Got beef pho and vegan pho and both were terrific! Maybe could use a touch of salt, but very very good!

Consistently delicious. One of Bethels hidden gems. Little to no advertising and the humble Vietnamese restaurant is almost at capacity on a warm Tuesday afternoon. Food is prepared and served quickly, all is delicious. The mango sticky rice is a confusing delight. Picking food up or dining in, can't go wrong with this spot.

Ive been going to sprouts for almost a year now and it’s by far my absolute favorite place in bethel to eat. The Chicken Pho is amazing!!! The broth is simply to die for. The people there are so kind and the food is always hot when I bring it home to enjoy, even after a 25+ minute ride.

Well this is quite the little hidden gem that has fantastic Vietnamese food at very affordable prices. If you're a vegatarian or vegan you'll love this place, but meat eaters should take pleasure in some amazing dishes like pork banh-mi or grilled beef spring roles.  If you're unfamiliar with banh-mi then you dont know what you're missing! As a street food sandwhich in Vietnam it is built on French bread with meats, pickled vegatables and homemade sauces...its an amazing variety of flavors that excite the tongue. And did I mention you can't get it anywhere else around here?  Sprouts is counter order, brought to your booth style service but with a bit more class in offering real silverware and very nice chopsticks. Seating is comfortable with 8 or 10 booths and some seating outside, although a fair amount of business seems to be takeout.  Check out the menu and pick something you've never had- you'll love it and you'll love the price.

Ordered bahn mi sandwich as takeout for lunch. It was inexpensive and very tasty. Friendly quick service.

We found this place as a "cheap eat" along our detour off 84 traffic.PHO! i got Hot/sweet/sour soup and it really helped me feel restored after a day of driving! Chicken tastes marinated and is grilled to perfection! Fresh spring rolls helped me trick my dinnermate into eating salad!! So good!!

I come here every week. My favorite dishes are the tofu pho, tofu spring rolls, tofu rice dish, and tofu banh mi. Great food, great service, great prices.
