Only place I shop for floral and other gifts. Love going into the store, I could stay all day looking. Stephanie is a wonderful person and always does an awesome job on all my orders.

I ordered flowers from them mid December for my wedding happening in June. They contacted me confirming my order and delivery date. I responded immediately confirming everything. Mid January later I got another e-mail asking about the location because I was wanting them delivered to UT, stating some concerns with delivery. Again, I responded immediately stating that I hadn't been able to find the flower elsewhere and still wanted to go through them. I received no response and sent 3 more e-mails verifying  my order. They finally responded at the end of May stating that I should go through someone else because they didn't want to ship to me. I responded that it was to close to my wedding to find what I wanted at an affordable price and told them that I still wanted what I'd ordered. The response I got was basically that they wouldn't send me what I'd ordered and I just had to deal with it. 

If they are not willing to ship to customers, this option should not be available on their website!

Unreasonable correspondence time and horrible customer service! I would not recommend them to anyone.

I worked with Stephanie from afar (North Dakota!) to plan my flower arrangements for my wedding at the Switzerland Inn on September 6th. She did a fantastic job with all of the arrangements (bridal bouquet, 11 boutineers, 2 corsages, and 8 bridesmaid bouquets!) and the prices were truly a steal! I would definitely recommend Spruce Pine Florist to any bride in the Mitchell County area!
