Not really a fan of this place anymore. Previous owner and staff were very nice and kept the place clean. There are many reasons but the main one is:

The previous contract of mine had a free cancellation and when I had a contract update due to new owners, they promised that nothing changes in terms of cancellation fees (I made sure). I have to move out soon but, canceling will cost me $60. Not sure why the word of mouth promise wasn't kept. My mistake for not getting it in writing.

What else? Well, the bottom floor (UNO) is never kept clean. The people that workout there never have the decency to re-rack their weights. One of the equipment was broken and not a single clue was put on the machine to let users know that it is broken. Almost hurt myself but, I ignored it, told the front desk, and nothing done for almost four weeks now.

When I re-signed my contract, I was told that the bottom floor is accessible via a key fob(for 24/7 access to UNO) that I will be given after I sign up. There were none during the time of signing but, they said I will get one the following week. Took almost a month and half for the key fobs to come in and then I was told to pay for them. They are $5 but, again, they said I will get one as promised when they get new ones in. Given, them receiving the key fobs late isn't their issue but, telling me that they will now charge me for access to the gym is just ridiculous. My mistake for not making it clear in the first place.

Most of the machines are getting very old, parts missing or broken.

Couple of friends of mine left this place for some of these exact reasons. They say things when you sign up but, do not follow through. Once my contract is up, I am out.

Don't get me wrong, I don't mind most of these issues but, I don't like being lied to. It was also my mistake for not asking more questions so, I have learned from my mistakes.

Overall, not a gym I would go to. Not well maintained, not clean, not a good contract.

Been a member here for almost ten years. Friendly staff, good, we'll maintained equipment, large w 2 floors of free weights/machines, a large class area, a crossfire area,  and a cardio room. Highly recommend

A lot of equipment but not A lot of room. Also not very clean
