Story

In 2005, we bought an apartment building in downtown Nevada and they threw a laundromat in for free.

In 2010, we relocated and expanded to 835 6th St in Nevada.

This time, we're going REALLY BIG and expanding to a second location at 517 Lincoln Way in Ames. We hope to be up and running by late fall 2014.

Check back often for photos and to check our progress. This is a big project for this Mom and Pop operation!

This is the best laundromat I've ever visited. The machines work well and they are LARGE. There is a change machine and ATM on site, as well as restroom, TV's, a couple arcade games, and a vending machine for both food and laundry accessories. Large, clean, and well lit, this place will not disappoint.

Good place to clean clothes but machines eat quarters and it's difficult to get money back when this happens!

Washers don't use much water, they say 3 loads but I put in 2 and there were some that didn't get soap. The pinball machine is broke and cost a dollar. Comment card said to put it in a box (there is none) so will see if I get a return.

Never got a return. Came back this week and one washer ate 1.50 and another was full of hair. The place is filthy. I noticed they no longer have comment cards. Hopefully I never have to come back.

They really where squeaky clean. The equipment is in great condition and seemingly well maintained. They have jumbo sized commercial washers and dryers for bedsheets and such. Fair pricing.

It's a pretty nice place in every way except the pinball machine is just a quarter stealing machine still and the price is really expensive basically minimum of 275 up to a maximum of 10:50 for washing machine and the dryers are a dollar fifty or 275 minimum plus more if needed costed about $15 to wash and dry two loads of laundry which included buying 4 things of detergent which was $4 but their washers have a power wash mode which is pretty nice looks like it did a really good job cleaning my clothes
