if I could leave 0 I would - I called to ask about a paint job and im located about 20 min from their office and the guy tells me they wont come out to my town - I ask him if they serve chesterfield and he says yes - im a closer distance than chesterfield from him - im in Union MO - he then hangs up on me - I send a text message and he writes back claiming he lost service but he puts in the text verbatim- NOT WORKING IN UNION - I hate people that refuse work like this guy - don't waste your time - find someone who wants the job.

I contracted with St. Albans painting to paint my house and detached workshop. They did a great job. They power washed, scraped, sanded, caulked (a lot), and were careful to prep the house before painting. They brushed and rolled a prime coat and a finish coat. The house looks absolutely great. Jeff, the owner, was always committed to providing high quality results. His foreman, Steve, was extremely helpful to provide options on how to provide detail on the paint work before finishing the work. I will say there were challenges on the project, but that is how I can tell the character of a company. When obstacles arose, they were always about ensuring that we the customer were taken care of. I highly recommend them!

Jeff came over to give me an estimate. Maybe he had a bad day before he came over, but he had an attitude when he got here. He told me it would cost $2000 to paint my bathroom, and my bathroom is not large, and when I asked if it would really cost that much, he went off on me. He said I'm just not in HIS price range, and If I want it done cheap, I need to look up in the West County paper and find someone cheap, but that I would have to call him back to fix what they had done. This was not said nicely. Huh? This was the rudest individual I have ever had give me an estimate. I don't know why he was talking to me like this, since he was nicer to others he had given estimates to, and it was definitely not going to get him a contract at this point. I cannot recommend this guy; I would feel awful if he treated anyone else like this.

Jeff is a world class painter. I hired him a few months ago to paint the ENTIRE interior of my home. Everything from the first initial meeting to finishing up the project was beyond outstanding. What impressed me most about Jeff was that his truck was perfectly detailed, he was very knowledgeable about different type of paints and finishes, he had an excellent portfolio of work he has done and most all his personal attention to detail was amazing. The quality of his work is flawless and I am hiring him again in the spring to paint my garage floors. I would HIGHLY recommend St Albans Painting to anybody!!!!
