Nice place. Franciscan owned. Decent franchise so far. I've heard and seen other chains being more excited verbally to the patient. But whatever if they are taking fair care of yourself or loved ones.

Got a kidney stones and it was the nearest hospital I can get to. Pain was 10 on scale 1 to 10. After triage they told me I have to wait for a available bed at ER, until then they can't give me any pain medication. Asked them how long would it take, they told me from minute to couple hours. I was rolling on the floors for 2! hours begging them for help. Finally nurse went to the doctor and came back saying that doctor gave OK to give me pain medication. Unbelievable!!!! Will never go back. I will drive anywhere farther but will not go back.

My wife just had a baby and they both contracted Thrush according to her doctor. She called and asked explained her situation the lady and asked to speak with a doctor or someone knowledgeable. The lady rebuffed her and asked how she knew it was thrush and wouldn't get someone for her to talk to. This place is as snobbish as the town it was built in.

I came here Directly after receiving outstanding service from CHI Franciscan Prompt Care (where they were unable to treat me due to the risk). Now, before I say why I gave St. Anthony's 1 star, I would like to point out that I understand how exhausting the ER can be. I don't know what happened that day or how long they had been working. BUT! What I do know is that the bedside manner was awful, the doctor made me uncomfortable, and no one would tell me what was happening or what to do. I would use the call button and would take up to a half an hour for the nurse to come. I asked for water multiple times and received nothing after they said they would bring it to me (I was incredibly dehydrated from an intense asthma attack and had just puked). When asking what was going on, they acted like I was wasting their time and that I should already know. I had never been to an ER before, so I had absolutely no idea what was happening.

Worst place ever. Looks beautiful. Level 4 trauma center which is barely better than a walk-in clinic. Level 1 is the best. Level 2 is very good. Go to the ER at this glorified walk in clinic and it will be a $10,000 bill for a day and a half for them doing absolutely nothing. Yeah, they took my blood pressure and monitored my heart rate. Went there at a later time for a simple prescription to help withdraw from alcohol and they said could not do it unless I admitted and stayed overnight. (Just $10,000 again for a prescription for doing nothing). I didn't do it. I'm writing this, so I guess I survived, after shaking for three days due to a $15 prescription denial without their $10K bill!
