Called office for information...they were very rude. I've sent by money in for years to license my dogs and never was treated so rudely. Reading the reviews looks like it's the same person.

Our sweet but now old n stubborn family dog for 11 years we've had since he was a pup, likes to sneak out of our fenced yard into the lake. So he ventured off n was missing for days. We searched n looked for him for days many times n couldn't find him. We hoped n assumed animal control would get him if nething bc he is chipped. finally we were notified by belleville animal hospital tht they knew where our dog was n was at a residents home...not with animal control but they knew where our dog was for days n didn't notify us. Dog was never in animal controls position but employee there, Ashley knew n she was extremely rude n very unprofessional treating us with poor dog owner service, actually scolding us n treating us terribly n talking to us horribly... arguing with us. We just wanted our dog. N she knew where the dog was n refused to tell us where. N on top of it all, she never got our dog n put him in their care, instead, knowingly left the dog at this other residents home, giving the resident the impression that they were going to keep the dog, to the point the resident wasn't going to give us our dog, until I received the help from the Belleville animal hospital who were the only ones to help us n finally getting our dog after we threatened to call the police since our dog is our property n by law, the dog is to be returned to us. N then on top of it all, in all the 11 years that my 2 son's grew up with n growing up with him all these years, we have never been in trouble or had problems with animal control or ne dog for that matter so to have received this kind of treatment is ridiculous n unesccary. N also lying saying they had came by our house leaving notes when we never received a note til the day I called her n asked for my dog. This employee, Ashley failed to do her job. She failed to get a dog back to it's owner in the proper ways. She failed to provide good service to a resident in her community. Therefore failing the animal control service. Someone doing these things n not doing what she's suppose to professionally shouldn't even be working there n she should b replaced with someone tht loves to get dogs back to their owners n take pride in with a smile on her face in a pleasant tone.

They promised to keep us informed about a stray dog we dropped off. We asked to sponsor him. They put him down. I would never bring a dog there.

DO NOT BRING PETS HERE! THEY WILL BE KILLED IN 24 HRS OR LESS!
