Dealt with the same larger brunette lady on multiple occasions and it is always a painful experience whether it is registration, title transfers, ID renewal etc.... Will be going to Foley location from now on even though it is twenty miles out of the way because those employees are actually helpful. Get it together Saint Cloud!

I called the dmv to ask about what it'll cost to transfer a title to a car I'm going to fix that doesn't drive and she tells me that I need to have insurance on a car that won't be driven and to top it off, I need to have current tabs that'll probably expire by the time I get the truck done. She also said since It didn't have tabs since 2014 I need to pay for tabs for every year they weren't current. It's a sad day when the state thinks it's ok to steal from it's residents and they get away with it.
