This is one of the best dental offices I have been, starting from the from desk to the dental staff are very professional the make you feel at ease. They always make you feel relax and try to do the best to help you in anything.  When it comes to scheduling a apt or making any changes the one that does it, she always help you are is very professional. Keep the good work.

I've been going to this location for about 2 years.  I take all of my 3 children here and everyone in the office from the front desk to the dentist have always been super nice, made my children feel comfortable and the office is clean.  And yes although they take the children to the back by themselves, you get to go back when the dentist is ready to see them.  As scary as a dentist can be for some children, the hygienists and the dentist are phenomenal and make the kids feel comfortable.  One thing is the dentist will keep it real.  If your kids are not taking care of their teeth she will break it down to them what can and will happen if they don't regularly floss and brush properly.  My kids love going to the dentist and never put up a fight when it's time to go for their routine visit.

SMH! I took the day off of work and my daughter missed school for her appt today and I get a voicemail this morning saying that they cancelled my appt because they could not verify my insurance. When I called and spoke to the young lady,  I asked her don't they verify my insurance at the time of booking my appt she said yes. Then she said my insurance had a glitch in the system this morning but she can see that my insurance is still active. However, they require ME to call my insurance and have them fax them a letter saying its active. This would take 24-48 hours so they had to cancel my appt. Why do I need to call my insurance to request a stupid fax when you see that it is ACTIVE?! And I took a whole day off and my kid missed school and all you can say is, "Well I apologize about that? REALLY?! SMH wow. I haven't even made it over there for my first appointment yet and already YOU GUYS SUCK!

My kids all go here. The Doctors are excellent and very professional. They don't let parents in the back with their children and I feel so secure that they are taking great care of them each time because they love going back again and again. The staff is great and very helpful. The office work with each of my kids individual need. Can think about going anywhere else.

I love this place! The employees here are just fantastic and do excellent working with the teeth, some places just dont put in the work but St. Cloud smiles is the place to be... they actually care! I highly recommend anyone who has children and is pretty strict with the type of dentist that are working with your kids, have to give st. Cloud smiles a try! I've been here for at least 4 yrs and there are many more to come!!!
