St. Croix Spinal Care and Sports Rehab helps our patients reach their highest potential.

Our mission and commitment is to help you to recover from acute and chronic injuries as quickly as possible. At St. Croix Spinal Care and Sports Rehab we use a unique combination of Soft Tissue treatment, Physical Rehabilitation, and Chiropractic.

We are Active Release Technique (ART) providers and use the latest modern techniques to resolve a variety of performance-affecting conditions. All of our doctor's have extensive advanced training in strength conditioning and muscle reconditioning.

I saw Dr. Flikke a 6-8 times for a significant, nagging, shoulder injury.  I was astounded at the degree of improvement in a relatively short period of time.  As a result I'm back in the streams fly fishing for trout and feeling "good as new".

A few months ago I tweaked my shoulder and thought I would need surgery (I have had surgery previously on the same shoulder). My family recommended that I see Dr. Flikke before seeing an orthopedic surgeon. I am telling you that within 2.5 weeks he had my shoulder back to normal! I give this place my highest recommendation! They are AMAZING!

I'm not originally from the area so when I found a doctor that did both ART and Graston I was sold. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Flikke!  His treatments quickly get results while maintaining my current activity level.

I have had the opportunity to successfully recover from pregnancy related and several sport related injuries at St Croix Spinal Care & Sports Rehab.  Dr. Flikke is very thorough in understanding and treating, not just the injury presented, but how it integrates with the rest of your body.  He always takes the time to get to know you AND the injury and how it relates to the rest of your normal activities, whether its running races or running kids around.  This approach, applied with his expert technique and knowledge, have had me back to regular life activities, sooner, every time.

I have seen several neurologists, PTs, orthopedic specialists, chiropractors, acupuncturists... you name it, to try to treat my debilitating migraines and hip/SI joint pain that I have been suffering from for a few decades. Dr. Nate was able to provide me with significant relief after just one appt with continued improvement after each visit. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and compassionate, and I can not recommend him enough!!!
