I've been going to chiropractors most of my life. After going only a few times to St. Croix Valley Chiropractic, I found Dr. Brady to be very thorough. He quickly finds the trouble areas relaxes the muscles and makes his adjustments. I had  ZERO reservations about bringing my wife or 6 month old daughter in. Also, as an avid athlete ( marathons / weight training.. )  Dr. Brady alleviate pains and problems that have come up during my training.  Another great thing is Dr. Brady's vast knowledge about the metabolic functions of they body - He is able to offer information and answers about my diet and training.

Dr. Wernlund is great! Very friendly and professional. His practice is comfortable, welcoming, and clean. His focus is on full spinal adjustments and muscle release; he is a very good chiropractor and I would highly recommend him to everyone!

I have had reoccurring back and neck pain for years.  After a few sessions at St. Croix Valley Chiropractic I noticed an incredible difference.  I could now turn my head all the way on both sides without shooting pain going down my neck.  I also no longer felt pain in my back whenever I made any sudden movements or when I was reaching for something.  Dr. Wernlund is very professional and I would highly recommend him to anybody who has pain in their joints, back or neck.

I first came here seeking help about two weeks after a ski accident that left me with a lot of pain in my left shoulder and neck. Dr. Wernlund helped immensely to relieve the pain and tightness I was having trouble with. After about a week I had my range of motion back and could put on my coat without pain shooting down the left side of my neck. 

I also really like that I can walk in when it's best for me instead of having to try and schedule something several days out.

I went here recently for continual, uncomfortable back pain. It was my first time going to a chiropractor, so I was not sure what to expect or if it'd help. However, I was extremely pleased with the experience and results. The chiropractor was welcoming and patient as he explained what he was doing and how it should help my specific pain. On top of that (and best of all) my pain was gone after my visit. Great experience and a great professional!
