St Francis is my go to Emergency Vet Hospital for all my pets. From treating an injured kitten to my cat with kidney failure and even suturing my dogs foot, they have always been up front and honest about testing for a diagnosis, course of treatment, and the prognosis. I am so grateful for Dr Ridge and Dr LoDuca for taking care of them and will continue to go to St Francis for all my emergency vet needs.

This place is crooked. My sister took her cat there because she had a temperature. Dr. Ridge diagnosed her with having an abscess and said she required surgery. My sister payed and was told that she could come pick her cat up the next day and that surgery went well. But when she got there, it was another story. No surgery or treatment was done and they wanted additional 1000k. This is beyond repulsive and severely unprofessional. DON'T TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM AND WANT THEM TO LIVE.

Brought my cat there last week, 12:30 at night. He was in bad shape, and was brought in immediately. It was determined he wasn't going to make it, and I was allowed to be with him while he was put to sleep. No complaints at all. Thank you.

They took my dog in at 1am in the morning on a Sunday.  They were sweet and kind to explain what was happening to our 4 legged family member.

****UPDATE ON MY REVIEW: MY DOG PASSED AWAY THE NIGHT I CAME TO THIS CLINIC, AFTER I POSTED THIS REVIEW. PLEASE READ****

HORRIBLE SERVICE. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!!! My dog was seizing in the waiting room and had an accident (obviously because when a dog is having a seizure they cannot control their blatter). DOCTOR WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE MY DOG AN IV BECAUSE SHE WAS DEHYDRATED UNLESS WE LEFT HER 24+ HOURS FOR WHATEVER TESTING THEY DECIDED TO DO. Gave me back an incomplete list of testing and a “PENDING” price. After spending a couple hours in the waiting room, I decided I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my pet overnight and left. The doctor gave me no medical advice, opinion, nothing, unless I paid. WHAT A JOKE.

This place is a scam. If you want good care for your pet, don’t waste your time here.
