I HAVE A REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE HERE AND IF I EVER need to. I will come back here. Doctors and nurses wear great kind and caring. Thank you so much.

I was sent to this hospital after being impaled, and receiving a 6 inch long bone deep gash to my left arm after a horseback riding accident. I had been given high levels of morphine at the er in my home town before being transported by ambulance to this hospital with my mother following. I had been sitting in the er in my home town for seven hours, due to the only doctor already being in surgery, and then enduring an hour long drive, only to have my mother (Who was not there at the time of the accident and hadn't heard about my accident until two hours before the transport) yelled at by the operating surgeon for several minutes while I continued to bleed out. he then left the room after we explained to him what had happened, and called the doctor in my home town to yell at and curse him out for sending me there. The only reason i gave this three stars is that he did in the end save my left arm from amputation, and the icu nurses (all of mine were men) were very kind and professional. Two of them actually sat with me and talked to me while i was having several very painful antibiotic treatments several times a day and they even ate meals with me to keep me company. Honestly, though, my life was put in jeopardy having to defend my mom while i continued to bleed out. That's why it is three stars...

The ER doctor dr. Dennis is the most rude and arrogant prick, he needs to learn how to talk to patients and have a little compassion. He is a smartass with a terrible attitude.

We received excellent care when my son fractured his femur skiing. The ER doc, trauma surgeon, radiologist, and orthopod were all very prompt, thorough, and concerned. The nurses, radiology staff, and lab were all professional and caring. The nurses on the unit and physical therapy were professional, concerned, and helpful. My father had his back fused there 2 months ago, and received the same level of top-notch care during his entire stay. We are very fortunate to have a facility of this caliber in our community - I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

If I could give negative stars, would but unfortunately I have to give one star to post. Completely unprofessional radiology staff. The manager of radiology, Jen Gallagher is completely rude and disrespectful of potential staff and students. I was hung up on twice by this department after asking for a few hours of clinicals. Jaz from radiology also was rude and disrespectful, telling me she didn't have time to deal with me and that I needed to call back later, then, hung up on me as Well, excuse me! Your're fuc*&%$ job IS to deal with me! News flash!
