Staff is friendly and gets you to doc asap. Love the giant plants in the waiting room. Place is always clean as well. All the docs we've seen listen well to complaints in order to make diagnosis. Great urgent care.

Give this place 0 stars if possible. Slowest place I have ever been and its not a fluke. Tried a few times thinking it may have just been the one doctor. You will wait 2+ hours every time even if there is only couple people in the waiting room.
Update: new place at 16 mile and Gratiot right next to CVS. Staff is great  Good with kids in-and-out in less than an hour and that was as a new patient. Don't waste your time with this place!

This place is a joke. I waited over an hour and a half to be seen because the doctor waited for someone’s X-rays (the ONLY person in the back) for over 45 minutes and wouldn’t see me while she waited. Got into the room and she told me to take Advil and go see my regular doctor or someone who can do more test. Not my first time here but I thought I’d give it another chance but I won’t be making that mistake again.

I took my son in for flu like symptoms.  I asked for a flu swab. Dr told me I don’t think he has the flu.  I asked the nurse if they could just swab him. And response was we are out....  diagnosis was gastroenteritis.  I took him next day to his peds dr. Who did swab him. positive flu A.  I could have sent my so to school and exposed other children.  Dr... listen to your patients......

I went on lunch hour, was in and out in less than an hour. Reception staff friendly. Nurse and Dr  were very pleasant and efficient. I've been there before and always good experience. Only complaint is they made me weigh in on the dreaded scale! Seriously...a good experience.
