Stay away from this area, I was a victim of an insurance scam that included white plains police who openly threatened me while remaining stable with a threaten beat down for evading the scam. Ended right in front of this church where I perished inside my vehicle and revived myself. No one from this church walked out in concern nor attempted to assist or witness the event. Took three years and a complaint to the mayors office to get to speak to a higher ranking officer who blatently asked "why did you move to westchester?". Why ? Its everyones "right" to reside where they choose and be kept safe. As an Amish man I was fooled about Westchester, This is the fraud capital of the USA.
Recently, white plains cop shot both his daughters and the dog then himself.
