Our family has been attending Mass here at St. Joseph ever since Bishop Sartain graciously invited the FSSP in 2015. We feel very blessed and fortunate to have the Extraordinary Form of the Mass offered so close to home. The sanctuary is very charming with the high altar still in tact. One of the first things Fr. Stinson did when he came was restore the bell to the bell tower, and it rings out loudly to announce every Mass, every day. He also restored the altar rail for Communion which was provided & built by one of our own parishioners. The Masses here are very reverent and the disposition of the people during the Mass reflect that something sacred is happening. It has been a joy to experience the liturgical year at this little parish: particularly All Hallowtide, Christmas, and Holy Week. Experiencing the rich traditions of our Catholic faith has augmented my spiritual life tremendously. I love the processions, the large availability of confession times, the community's devotion to daily Rosary, the beautiful and talented choir (Gregorian chant), the vestments, the incense. My children have received religious instruction from the priests here before receiving Sacraments, and I have found the instruction to be very good and soundly orthodox.

Very reverant masses. I have been going her since August and have truly enjoyed it. There all souls day mass is beautiful.

I was out the other evening in Tacoma and i saw your priest do something so Jesus like.... an elderly lady came into the restaurant and she was crying so much i asked her what was wrong and she said she missed her bus home and had no way to get home. I was not sure what to do and she just kept crying then a man asked me what was wrong and asked what area she lived in and he said i will take her home. So while he was putting her wheelchair in his car i asked him what he did for work and when i got home i looked him up to see if in fact he was a priest. If i were Catholic i would go to your church after seeing his kindness to someone desperately in need.

Super parish and great priests. Wish I lived closer. Fr. Stinson is wonderful. Choir is improving weekly and our organist is great.
