I was locked up here a couple of years ago due to my own stupidity of a crime i committed. Didnt like it and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. IT SUCKED!! However tho this place really opened my eyes and made me realize that being a stupid street kid can lead u to this place. Long story short, this place made me change my life which is why i rate it 5 stars

The employees who answered the phone today are heartless & rude, & refused to let me talk to their supervisor. Sad to treat people worj5such disrespect & if u hate your job leave go do a job where u don't have to help anyone

This is stupid, tried to give inmate his glasses because he can't see without them, they said no in a very rude way -if you don't like your job quit.

With all the electronic/communication advancement, there should be some way to let loved ones know in advance that visitation is cancelled.  I set aside my meetings on Sunday to visit but was turned away. I only had a short trip but there may have been others that traveled several hours and were inconvenienced a lot more. We looked forward to the visit and were very disappointed. Perhaps a notice on the website would help or alerts set up to our phone.
