I went to a couple other locations and had not so great experiences with 2 different dryers. I was able to get a really nice dryer from Ro and he was so easy to work with and everything he said he backed up!! Super satisfied and will totally go back in the future!!

Melissa has been an absolute gem to work with. She is efficient and really seems to care about your problems while you are without a washer! She scheduled me immediately and worked around my crazy work schedule to get me in as soon as possible! She and the company are a great place to work with!

I bought a dryer over the phone today and Ken MADE IT HAPPEN. He and another guy brought it to my house SAME DAY. That was above and beyond and honestly a Mother’s Day miracle for this feminist mama.  I appreciate it soooo much.

Ordered a new fridge online for a price much lower than any competitor. Before confirming shipping, Melissa sent me images of the fridge I had purchased and called me to see if I would like to proceed. There was some cosmetic damage which is common for an item with this big of a discount. I was hesitant to continue but Melissa took it upon herself to find me the exact same model that was in new condition. Rather than charge me the difference in price, Melissa and her GM gave me the fridge in better condition for the same initial price. As somebody furnishing their first home this was extremely helpful and I am grateful for the great customer service. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Went and bought a washer dryer and dishwasher. Someone that works here was going to charge $250 to install the dishwasher last Sunday and didn’t. ALSO didn't call or anything else to cancel!!

I've been here a few times now and don't know that I'd come back.  If you are looking for higher end appliances, this is a great place to shop for deals. For me, on each occasion I was just looking for regular kitchen appliances. The selections were small and higher price than I'd expect at an outlet.  Service is hit and miss. One time, everyone was busy and no one was able to help me, but pointed me toward the section I needed. Another time a person helped, but they were a bit bossy. I didn't love it.  I have not made any purchases so cannot speak to that.

Went in just to browse for a refrigerator.   Zamp was very helpful with our search and gave us a great price on a Bosch refrigerator. Set us up for delivery and we are all set now.  Delivery was smooth and it is up and running.

The staff is friendly and helpful - not pushy at all!  They’re honest with you about the brands and let you take your time making a decision.

Tony was very helpful, price couldn’t be beat!  Had an issue with a broke piece inside the washer. Support came out and took out the broke parts and bypassed electrically the part so i could continue using the washer until the new part came in. 2 weeks later it came in and they fixed it in 10 mins. A+  [edit] I would like to mention that I had further issues resulting in the first washer breaking again. Tony worked with me and got me a new washer that has been amazing! A+ experience.

I must say I was surprised at the quantity and quality of their products. The prices were great and Samantha’s customer service was really good. I was given good advice on making a great decision that best for my needs. Quick delivery and installation.
