Went there today with family from out of town. Was very excited to have some bread company since it has been awhile and I usually have good food and service. When we went to order the cashier had to find someone else to take our order and cash us out, which they brought out someone who obviously did NOT want to do. Her name was Tammy I believe. Now Ive worked in food and customer service for 10 plus years...I get it...we have our off days..but oh my GOD. She was a massive B!!!! I never leave reviews bad because I work in food, I get it things happen. But she kept cutting me and my family off during ordering, very snippy. I was shocked. And I get you need to rush your guests a bit but there wasnt a huge line, just one other person behind us....so I didnt understand why she was acting like that. And when I went to add on the 99 cent pastry she was like "undecided. okay!!!" Cutting me off as I was telling her what cookie my son wanted. I hope they either work on her customer service skills or she has a better day. I would of had my butt chewed out at my job acting that way......

Bread Co is just simply the best place. Great food, great drinks, never had an issue with staff, no ridiculously log wait times. Great place, great job guys.

Went at 8am on Friday morning and completely out of the bagel flavor I wanted. I asked if they had any somewhere was told no. Also was told earlier before the person came in sold bagel packs but no others were made. Very disappointing.

This breadco is about an absolute joke!! No lie, they will screw your $40 order up 9 times out of 10. When you get home, realize it's the wrong order then call to have it remade...you will have the manager tell you to bring the receipt and order back insinuating your lying to get a free meal! Even though they aren't refunding the $$, assuming people want to drive home and back for a free sandwich?? They literally run out of 1/2 the menu by 10 a.m every day, you will get your food slower than a gpa turtle with a 20lb chain on it's neck walking through quicksand with Pippy Longstocking's shoes on it's feet! They took the drivethru trashcan away because they were mad people were throwing away things that didn't come from breadco itself lol...I wonder who the genius was that came up with that thought?? Aye breadco!! People are buying your food and while they pull out are tossing a small amount of trash, maybe just a $1 Mcdonalds drink so they can make room in their whip for your $7 Green Tea! There are about 3 really stellar people that work there, that's including 1 manager and 2 workers. It's 1 of 2 healthy fast food joints in town so we punch each other 5 times in the face because we go back...I'm finally at peace by expecting to play a game of "What do you have back there in your kitchen Breadco!" Strictly because Festus has 2 food chains that won't make you hurl everytime you eat it. I've never cared enough to complain about pretty much anything in my life until breadco Festus came to town lol and had me shaking in a corner for 3 days wondering why they didn't have any tomatoes left during lunch 5 times in a row and saw a dude picking his nose and a women pulling out a wedgie and.making sandwhiches!

I've lived in Festus for about 6 months and have been to this Panera/St. Louis Bread Co about 6 times. They have managed to get my order wrong every time. They are always out of something, bagels, baguettes, souffles, bread, pasta, etc, and they don't always tell you they are out of something. They just substitute it and you find out when you get home and have the wrong order. I've been to several Panera's and this place is by far the worst.
