The inside looks like a check cashing place. No personal interaction with tellers. You have to talk through bullet proof glass. No bathroom for customers. I've never acutally waited a full 7-10 buisness days for a new debit card.  I'm going on 10 days & no card. The app sucks. Also they have the most inconvenient banking hours. They open at 9am & have the nerve to open at 10am on wensday and not have extended hours to make up for the lost hour. This bank makes me want to get my affairs in order so I can go to a better bank.

They would probably get more stars if it wasn't for their poor customer skills..I mean can you at least say hello..then they take to long to handle transactions the drive thru line you wait forever

They are trying to improve their service, but their time in serving people is still in need of help and the phone lines in contacting someone is just ridiculous. But inside service has improved.

This community credit union needs to be shut down. They have poor customers service. I asked them years ago to give me a debit card and they have failed to give me anything. They are trying to keep me from getting my money. I will be closing down this account and going with another credit union. They will call you and ask you to refinance your car but they can't even give me a checking account card for my account. Sad
