Some stores like Columbia have very good prices. Merrill store has great sales at times for high quality shoes. Great place to enjoy an outside stroll. Huge food bar. Lots of clean, large restrooms. More stores than other outlets I've seen. Easy parking. Close to a Burlington store, Ganders, and Cavender Western store. Large has station by entrance. Easy access to I-64. Right beside Missouri River. Five miles either direction has several restaurants.

Visited while in town. Nice outdoor mall. Mall was clean and easy to navigate. The stores I visited had actual outlet prices. There was plenty of parking available. Would recommend if looking for a good deal or a place to hang out.

I love these outlet stores! Its kinda hard to leave a personal review since this outlet mall has a lot of different stores all owned by different people. But I will give it a go. This is an outside mall, but it is very easy to walk around and navigate. They have security guards and navigation signs everywhere. It is very safe. The parking lots are close and well-lit. The place is clean with trash cans everywhere. They have a large cafeteria for food as well as Starbucks, and other mini food venders all over. They even have popcorn and kettle corn at different times. They have a lot of awesome stores including: Michael Kors, Coach, Bath & Body Works, Nine West, Samsonite, Gap, Nike, and Adidas. All the individual store staff are nice and friendly as well.

These outlets host a wide variety of store, from clothing to toys to tech. It really sucks when it is cold, but on nicer days, it is a great place to walk around and enjoy shopping and the weather. It is well maintained and looks beautiful. Prices can be high, but then again, look at the location and the type of stores there are. Regardless, I enjoy coming here and will continue to do so.

Great mix of stores in a well designed, open air style outlet mall. Everything from Kate Spade to Nike and Under Armour to Direct Tools, the likelihood strongly exists that most of your Christmas shopping can be taken care of right there. I also personally appreciate the fact that they sell beer, wine and mixed drinks in their food pavilion area...feeling the stress that can often accompany the holiday shopping frenzy??? Run by the food pavilion for a nice bourbon on the rocks and next thing you know you're ready to conquer that shopping list that invariable seems to get longer every year.
