We had our daughter do private lessons for a few months as they said she wouldn't be ready for a class until she did some private lessons. After paying for private lessons for a few months, one day they just say that she should try again in a few months. She had been doing well in private lessons. They do not like to work with younger children. Very frustrated with FIT Martial Arts as now she is completely turned off to martial arts any place.

A lot of schools teach you how to use your hands and feet.  F.I.T. teaches how to use your Mind, Spirit, as well as your Body. You will not just learn how to defend yourself physically, but how to defend your mind against doubt and stress and all other manner of psychological warfare. You will learn how to find an inner peace that is long lasting. Most of all you will become part of a family the will love you like your own blood and help you along the way. In short F.I.T. will help you reach your greatest potential.

F.I.T Martial Arts doesn't teach just martial arts but teaches focus, discipline, love, and all the other great benefits that we can get. They have such a happy atmosphere there everyday and an awesome master like Master Ray. As a black belt there now, I learned so much. I highly recommend you go here for training and reaching your greatest potential! I'm proud to train there and be part of the F.I.T. Family!! It is the best martial arts school in St.Louis!

FIT Martial Arts is an excellent organization focused on helping your child reach new heights in a family friendly atmosphere.  The staff are kind, go the extra mile, and exist as a community rather than 'having to be there'.

We are so proud of our daughter who is only two belts away from Black Belt!   She started over 2 years ago on a path which has been nothing but rewarding, a confidence builder, and a foundation in her development that spreads to even after she leaves the center.

I highly recommend the FIT Martial Arts Centers to anyone who is within reach of their doors.   The discipline, focus, determination, and perseverance our child has learned/gained/mastered is invaluable.

My son has been attending F.I.T for about 2 months now and absolutely LOVE it. I originally signed him up so that he can learn to defend himself if he ever need to, but here he learns so much more. I love the fact that he's not only learning self defense but also discipline and respect.
