Sadly I have to agree with the other review. While I have been going to Dr Pogo since he first came to this practice, I agree it's time to move on. The staff at the front desk are rude and make you feel like you are a bother. Last time I was at the old office,  the staff snapped at me when I asked if it was true they were relocating. She was extremely rude and clearly annoyed with her job. A simple "yes, we are sending out letters explaining the move" would have sufficed but instead she ripped into me. And this is not an isolated incident in this office. I dread calling for an appointment because of the rudeness. Patients don't need to be treated like this when they are already not feeling well. If one is unhappy with their job, do something to change it. Don't chase off long time patients. I just hope Dr Pogo is aware of this behavior and understands why people are moving on. Gone are the days of a true family doctor who owns his own practice. Everything is now corporate and a money making business out to squash the competition while the only who suffers is the consumer. Sad!

Most staff are great,a few need to learn how to speak to people.Dr.Pogodzinski is the best Pcp.I have ever had.genuinely caring,thourogh,takes time and listens.

I love the doctors there but their office staff is AWFUL. They are the rudest people ever and make you feel SO uncomfortable. I'm leaving this practice because of the office staff. Its so unprofessional!!!!
