My husband and I had an accident near Twin Falls and was taken to this facility. We were a long way from home and had lost everything in this accident,  as we were in a motor home and our belongings were mostly lost or destroyed. We were impressed with everyone  in general . The nursing staff was very helpful. They got my husband and I clothes to wear when we left the hospital as my clothes had been cut off of me and my husbands were covered in blood. It was so wonderful to have these caring people as we had no family here. Our only complaint was the lack of bedside manner by the hospital surgical Dr. that we  were assigned. May God bless all these great people!

After a month of evident pancreatitis I was discharged for the third time in pain and ignored and lied to. Also accused of possible opiate dependency by staff. I won't name them. But after being lied to and no accommodating pain control they just let me go. Wow what a hospital and no respect. I only had two excellent doctors that cared at all and when they went off rotation the replacements just didn't care. Only one treatment was tried. I can't eat without massive pain and they honest to God could care less.

St. Luke's honestly feels like it's made up of nurses fresh out of the CSI nursing program, very unorganized, very unknowing of the situation for some of these patients. Quite unprofessional. 
My grandma choked because a nurse took her feeding tube out too quickly while it was still being pumped AND they put her feeding tube in her freaking lungs before realizing it wasn't in her stomach? Zero stars, honestly.

Took a family member to the ER today. They were so great. The admitting staff were so kind and caring. I was in the waiting room for awhile and saw interaction with many people. I was impressed with everyone I came in contact with.
