Staff is rude and does not seem to want to really help a patient unless they are pushed to do it. They make getting prescriptions very difficult even though they refer you to a number of different doctor's even if you have been going there for 8 years. Even though we have been going there for 8 years they will not prescribe type 1 diabetic the medicine they need when they absolutely need it. Making it more difficult for the patient rather then just giving the medicine they need and have been getting from the same place for 8 years. You will get better service at an Applebees or Best Buy. BE AWARE, THE REALLY DO NOT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS.

Tring to get an 8 year old a physical is a joke made one appointment they acually called to reschedule cause the doctor doesn't see children ok no problem showed up for the rescheduled appointment and was told it was rescheduled again for the same reason dealt with that was here earlier for the child's brother and asked about the 8 year Olds appointment and everything was fine went back for the appointment and was told it was rescheduled again this place is a joke and the doctor was rude also this is not my doctors office just tring to help a friend with her children I will definitely stay with Riverfield family health center they ate much better

GOOD LUCK IN GETTING AN APPOINTMENT WITH A DOCTOR..THE ONLY DOCTOR WORTH GOING TO NEVER HAS APPOINTMENT AVAILABLE.  SHE IS BOOKED 2 WEEKS OUT.  WILL BECOME A PATIENT OF URGENT CARE IN CLINTON

Very accommodating, have late hours 4 days a weeks and Saturday hours. Have three courteous ladies to check you in. The doctor and nurse practitioner we've seen have been thorough, professional and caring. Never overbooked.

Nice looking place but the staff I talked to this morning were nasty and rude. They verbally out loud spoke their distaste in the fact I was late. Didn't bother to ask if everything was ok or even listen to why I was late. Their immediate action was to look at me in disgust and exclaim I needed another appointment, instead of telling me I could be squeezed in and I would need to wait. I could have filled out info or something. And technically my daughters appointment was the first one and she still had time available in the appointment. Really considering looking for another Dr. Office if this is the way nurses on staff treat new patients.
