They make the Best prism glasses.

I had my prescription created at the UofL as an employee.  I have a Lindberg titanium frame I've used since about 2002, this being the fourth time to change the prescription.  I initially went to Gaddie because they are a Lindberg retailer, but they would need to keep the frame to send it off.  I next went to Kreb Optical, and though they were very nice (my wife traded with them) they would also have to send them off.  Kreb suggested St Matthews Vision Center so I went there next.  The owner (don't remember his name) arranged for progressive bifocal lens and polarized bifocal sunglasses (Columbia frame and lens) for just over $500.  I don't know why the other reviewer had such a bad experience, but mine was just the opposite.  I would say they didn't seem to have as large a selection since they are a small shop, but I was able to get what I needed/wanted at what seemed to me a fair price.  My experience suggests they are very knowledgeable and competent at what they do.  I would highly recommend them...just don't take them expensive frames you bought online.
