I've been coming here since my family moved to Livermore 25 years ago. I loved it as a child and even more so as an adult. Being able to come here when I want because it is so close is such an amazing feeling. Everyone here is wonderful . And Carol, that was a terrible reason for a review please get over yourself .

St. Michael's Church is easy to find near downtown. There are events such as a Portuguese parade and the church supports all kinds of causes like the Knights of Columbus as well as giving direct support to the community sending the younger members of the congregation to sing Christmas carols for the elderly. The church has lots of benches and has a large congregation of people of all origins. There are Sunday masses in English and Spanish.

This is a big, thriving church, with many ethnic cultures and over 80 ministries. And they have Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration, where you can sit and pray in front of the Blessed Sacrament 24/7! St Michael's is the Catholic parish where I discovered Jesus through His gift of the Sacraments, through His Word and through fellow parishioners. The people are welcoming and friendly, and you can also find silence to listen to God. The Catholic Church is so rich in tradition and beauty! You can experience it here.

I have been a parishioner at St. Michael church for over 20 years. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my church. From the pastor to the staff, everyone is so wonderful to be with. My family feels at home here. There are many ministries and prayer groups to really be involved and to enlighten you spiritually. The previous comment regarding the bells was rude and ignorant. The church bells have been ringing long before the haters moved to town and they will continue to sing their holy and blessed hymns.
