This is the official Facebook page for the St. Paul Library in St. Paul, Nebraska.
The St. Paul Library, which is a combined school/city library, completed in August 1998, is the result of cooperation among three separate entities: the St. Paul Library Foundation, the City of St. Paul, and the St. Paul School District. The Foundation proposed the idea of a “joint-use” library to the city and school and raised private funds to build the library at a site on Howard Avenue adjacent to the school. The city and school share operational costs. A Library Board, half appointed by the city and half appointed by the school, governs the new library, which operates under a inter-local agreement.
The Mission of the St. Paul Library is to provide quality educational and recreational opportunities by offering materials in all formats to reflect the particular needs, interests, and lifestyles of its users.
