I had a horrible experience with the supervisor, Shannon A. She seemed very aggravated from the moment she picked up the phone. She was very rude, and wasn’t of much help. I spoke with another woman the following day when I came to pick up my vehicle. She was very pleasant, and very helpful. I’d say the supervisor could learn a few things from her employees.

This impound and the police they work together to steal people’s money. My car was stolen and I file a police report. I gave the police my cell phone number and told them to call me when they find my car. One of the Officer even told me that he or other officer will call me ASAP when they find my car so that I could just go pick it up and avoid the towing fee and impound fee. I waited for over a week and heard nothing from them and No voice mail. I decided to give the police station a call and they told me they already found my car a week ago and it got tow to the impound. Now I call the impound and they charge like a 30$ fee per day plus like the 200$ towing fee and my car was in there for a whole week so now I owe them like 400$. Like wth how come I never received any calls from the impound or the police that they found my car?? Was they going to let my car sit there for weeks and weeks so they can keep charging me? The impound and the police they don’t care about you. All they want is your money. Like I lost an car and was carless for weeks and got stuff stolen from my car and now I also owe the police 400$? WTH is that. You’re suppose to help me find my car not just tow it and then keep charging me to get my car back. They are basically like thieves but stealing your money.

My car was stolen and recovered by the St. Paul Police. To retrieve my stolen car, I needed to pay a $350 fee, which is upsetting as firstly, my car was stolen which is enough of a financial burden but secondly, other options such as returning my car to me directly were not considered. Moreover, the receptionist was extremely impolite. I had to provide her documents and registration to retrieve my car and as I was trying to locate all her requested documents, she raised her voice at me and stated that they have NO sympathy for those who get their car stolen or towed. This facility is a poor representation of public service. Not all of us who have our cars towed were parked irresponsibly and for the receptionist to compound my miserable situation of recovering my stolen car in such a way reflects on her hateful attitude towards the public.

TERRIBLE customer service. VERY RUDE to talk to. They were snippy, and short me when all I did was call to ask simple questions about my vehicle after I was in an accident. AWFUL experienc. If I could give NO STAR I would.

As a long time business owner, with years of steady clientele and outstanding costumer service.... I can honestly say that the female receptionist by the name of "Shannon" is clearly giving the entire department a bad name. Her unprofessional attitude and constant rude behavior during our ENTIRE conversation was completely and absolutely repulsive to say the very least. To top everything off, as I was asking a final question, I was quickly interrupted by short and snappy comments, followed by the quick yet disgruntled click of the phone as she hung up on me. Not only am I totally hurt by her careless actions, but I am also dumbfounded in the complete disregard from our state by hiring someone with this overwhelming level of off-the-wall ignorance.
