12" of snow and I had to be at the airport Tuesday morning for a flight. I reserved a yellow cab the day before. Around 6 AM the driver called and said he had good news and bad news. Good news was he would be there to pick me up. Bad news was I needed to go to corner because side roads were not plowed. I told him that it was all good news. Cab was mostly on time and got me to the airport safely and for that I am appreciative. I wish I remembered my cab drivers name but he was a Rock Star. Thank You

THE WORST. I called them this afternoon for a pick up. Never showed. Called again & was told another was on the way. Called a half hour later and was told another would be sent. In the meantime, THREE Yellow Cabs drove right by where I was. Called a fourth time & told them to forget it. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Utterly useless & dishonest.

I called to request for a taxi for the next morning. The dispatcher was so rude. He didn't even want to give me his name, of course he ended up hanging up on me. I've never seen this type of bad service. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Great Experience, Mark ( i think that is his name) was very nice and drove well. We came from North Carolina to see the Twin Cities for the first time! Awesome Service!!!

Despite reserving the cab the night before and letting them know we had four passengers, the cab arrived 15 minutes late and the front seat was stacked with newspapers, further delaying our arrival at the airport. Then we were told if we used a credit card he'd have to use call it in and manually fill it out a receipt, so could we please pay with cash. In the days of Uber and Lyft this is unacceptable.
