Doctor wanted to charge me over 1,000 to make test just because my dog of 7 months was throwing up! I told them to only do a blood test and I was charged $416! For a blood test ! I asked for the test result and they couldn’t even give me a printed paper so I paid over 400 dollars to get a PHOTO emailed to me! Never bringing my dog back to this rip off place ! Also crew was smoking on duty with the door open. So I’ll suggest you take your little ones to another hospital unless you are willing to pay over 1000 for a photo result to be emailed to you.

Worst experience ever. My dog had a bone stuck on her lower jaw. The doctor insisted he needed to run a blood panel and sedate my dog to remove the bone, saying he didn't want to break her jaw. They brought me a bill for $500 in addition to the $75 I paid before they would even talk to me. I had to sign an AMA to get my dog back and couldn't get out of there fast enough. I then went to Eastern Emergency Vet Hospital where they took us right in, couldn't have been nicer, popped the bone off in literally minutes simply by wiggling it, and didn't charge me a cent! I am a member of both kennel clubs in Clark County and am spreading the word to my many dog owner friends.

This was our first visit to this vet. We brought in our cockatoo for a beak trim (she has a crooked beak so it takes a special trim). They did a great job and were very gentle with my bird. Unlike some trips to other vets, she was not traumatized after the experience. I note on many reviews people complain because they have two cats that run in the office -- Honey and Trouble. These cats are wonderful and I do not understand the complaints from others. This is not the first vets office I have been in with cat mascots so get over it. Finally, I note a lot of reviews complain about that the facility is filthy. Nothing could be further from the truth.

They misdiagnosed my dog and charged me over $2000 for what was nothing more than a cough and cold. I took my dog here because he was coughing a lot and my regular vet was closed. We couldn't sleep with him coughing and we were worried so we took him in. Dr. Owens came in and told us he has MegaEsophagus and said that it will essentially lead to his young death. He ordered a lot of tests and told us he is almost certain our dog has MegaEsophagus. The next morning we went to our regular vet who did an excellent job and said that our dog absolutely does not have MegaEsophagus and he most likely has something similar to kennel cough even though he was vaccinated. Our dog was fine in 2 Days. Furthermore, a couple weeks later, Dr. Owens called to tell us that a very important test result came back positive which means our dog has MegaEsophagus. I didn't believe him so I had him read me the results verbatim which said clearly that the test was negative. After providing Dr. Owens a lecture on how to read test results (isn't that what vet school is for?) I told him my dog is now 100% fine. It has been months and my dog is still healthy and happy. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

These people were very rude on the phone. I needed help with my dog and I thought they can offer some transportation service because my dog was not breathing. I don't have a car or away of transportation. They just hanged up the phone on me.
