Don't Shop Here!!! Terrible customer service! I returned the next day to exchange running shorts because they were to small. The guy behind the counter was very rude. He said "if you would have come back an hour later to exchange them I would exchange them for you but I can't since it's a day later". He said he couldn't exchange because its considered swim wear. They are running shorts!!! Even the associate that sold it to me stated they were running shorts. Nobody told me it was considered "swimwear" when I bought them.  My sister also wanted to return her shirt because they burnt it pressing the logo on. She didn't notice it the day they did it because the lighting is really dim in the store and they quickly put it in a bag. The guy who says he is the "manager" was really rude to her too. The manager rudely said to go get another shirt. Then when she returned with another shirt he said she never gave him a shirt. Luckily another associate saw her give him the shirt and voucher for her. Then after he exchanged it he said "find take it go!" , then told her to go with a rude hand motion. Terrible customer service!! Also, the t-shirts are Terrible Quality . Washed it one time and there is already a hole in it. Irritated I spent my hard earned money here.

There was a very sweet young woman there who helped me and my grand sons design our t shirts perfectly!  I highly recommend shopping at St Simons Beachwear. They have everything and anything you could want from a beachwear shop.

I am so amazed with this company and their products!! Comfort colors is so amazing and soft! Thank you St. Simons Island Beachwear for the awesome beach gear!!

Terrible customer service. The male cashier was very rude on returned items. He literally threw our debit card and my fathers change on the table. He may be under the influence of some drug. Everything there is overpriced and cheaply made. You are better off going to Parkers across the street for your beach needs. I'm surprised this place isn't out of business. Only go if you are desperate.

St Simons Beachwear has a good selection, but DAVID (who says he's the owner)  was RUDE as hell.  Why work in customer service if you're going to be like that ?!  Even his employees said that they were scared of him.  He didn't offer a "smile, a hello, thank you, have a good day, kiss my ass, nothing !"  Shame.
