I recently had a procedure done by Dr. Sleeper.  The procedure went ok and unfortunately this negative review may reflect poorly on him.  The procedure itself went as expected and was not that bad.  It's what took place before being called back into a room that warrants a one star review.  The staff that operates the front desk (check-in/check-out) is by far, as in leaps and freaking bounds,  the worst I've ever encountered.  I find that normally, even at a normal family doctor, doctor's offices are normally a fairly pleasant experience.  The front office folks at least put forth a little effort to ensure that you the patient have an appropriate amount of privacy.  Not at St. Tammany Urology.  What ever the reason you go there, the entire lobby will be aware of who you are, the cost of your copay, what insurance company you have, and here's the kicker.....what procedure you are there to have done.  Not an ounce of privacy.  No whispering, or talking quiet.  Nope.  Loudly projecting your business for all to hear.  Now I'm sure the people working in the front office are nice people, but they for sure need to take a little more pride in the service they provide.
