Stacey is more than a CPA and brilliant QuickBooks expert, she is a great business adviser too.  My former business partner absconded with tens of thousands of dollars of my personal money and then vanished, but Stacy helped me un-mingle the funds that he had co-mingled and she prepared me to face the IRS and State of California.  I could not recommend anybody more than I do her.  As long as I am in business, I will trust her like nobody else.  HIRE HER!
