ABSOLUTELY love this salon!! All of their staff is amazing. If you need a good salon that's dependable and prices that are affordable this is the salon for you. If you wanna stop by just to say hi and have time to waste they're are so friendly. Jessica does my hair, my daughters and my sons and we've never had anything but great service. She even went out of her way to come in on her day off to do my daughters up do/make up for homecoming at no extra charge. I honestly can't say anything negative about the service nor the beautiful environment you're in while there. Try it yourself you won't be sorry!

I had such a wonderful experience in the short time I was there for my eyebrow threading session with Stacy. Now let me start off by saying I am extremely picky with who I let touch my eye brows. I've lived in Jacksonville for almost 2 years and every time I've needed my brows done I just wait it out until I go back to NY and see my brow lady there. I became desperate with how long I've waited to have them done, and I was long over due, especially since I have my husbands Marine Corps ball this weekend. I'm so happy and relieved to find someone who really knows how to shape and do brows beautifully! Stacy took her time, was extremely pleasant and precessional. Honestly, my brows are the nicest I've seen them in years. I'm happy to finally have a place here in Jacksonville I can trust! Now I just have to find time to have my hair done by these ladies!

What started out as a good experience turned sour at the end when the stylists blew off my concern about the 1/2 inch of staining around my forehead. My stylist and also the one working on my friends hair told us that it was totally normal to have staining on our faces and that we should go home and use make up remover wipes to get rid of the stain. They did not offer to help us, or have any product that would fix it. I didn't realize just how bad it was until I left and pushed my hair back out of my face. I could not go out in public it was so awful. I came back to the salon to tell them how unhappy I was. The other stylist who was working on my friends hair tried to convince us that staining is totally normal when you apply red hair dye. Even after I told her this has never happened at any other salon with the multiple times I have had my hair colored red, they insisted that it was totally normal to have half an inch of dye staining your face. She did at that point take out a couple of wipes and try to remove some of the stain. I spoke to the owner and told her I would not be coming back, and then left. A few minutes later, my stylist called me to find out why I was unhappy. She told me that that is just how she does her process, and that she paints the stain on your face in a straight line so it is not "completely obnoxious looking when you leave". My friends hair color also turned out amazing, however, her stylist was completely unable to flat iron curly hair. That seems like a pretty basic skill you should have learned in cosmetology school. She did offer a free massage as a way of an apology, but I will not be using it. The color that she actually got onto my hair is absolutely gorgeous. I just didn't want it all over my face. The atmosphere was lighthearted, and we were laughing and having fun until the last 30 minutes. What bothers me the most is the way they just dismissed our concerns, and tried to send us on our way. I am very disappointed because what should have been an amazing girls day with my friend was ruined by laziness, unprofessionalism, and complacency.

As a working military wife, new mom and transplant from another town, I usually just get my hair trimmed at a chain salon for "cheap". But I this time around, I figured I would treat myself and look up real salon and get an actual hair style. Found this place on Google and decided to give it a whirl. I am so glad I did. The decor and front desk area is warm and welcoming. I was treated kindly by the front desk staff and was quickly introduced to my stylist, Sara. She hooked me up with a relaxing shampoo, cut, and style. It looked awesome and I was thrilled with the results. Sara was kind, professional, and made me feel at ease. I then received a spa pedicure -- turned out beautiful and I had a great time chatting with Shelly (I believe that's her name) -- she rocked. Super sweet and cool. I was relaxed from the massage and my tootsies looked pretty. Thanks for the excellent service. I would highly recommend Stacy and Co! I'm coming back before we PCS.
