That anyone would give this accountant any less than five starts is ludicrous. This accountant goes above and beyond and doesn’t even charge for a lot of the extra work and money saving advice he gives. Steven is a seasoned vet who knows the ins and outs of the tax game like a pro. I will always use him and I will always recommend him.

I used this office for 3.5 years filing my business taxes. After a trickle if notices coming in from the IRS something seemed wrong... I spent over 40 hours reworking 3.5 years of tax forms and found a new accountant to reveiw them and started to educate myself much further into how corporate taxes worked (something i figured i didn't need to do too deeply since I hired a professional to do so for me) I immediately found a ton of descrepancies and missing forms that were never filed. Currently, I am sitting on close to 10 thousand dollars worth of penalties and tax interest from misfilings. I have lost so much time and money from the negligence of this man. There was also a tax form filed without my signature or consent. Find someone more reputable that will actually communicate clearly, advise, and actually respond in a timely manner.

Terrible!
This fellow had done our taxes for several years but we have moved on after the mess he made this year. Turned in our information mid-February, April rolled around, we called on April 5 and his clerk told us "she would have to check and see what the status is". Never received the promised call back, when we called on April 11 we were told "Oh, he's just finishing them up". Picked up them up the next day and were astounded at the amount of stupid errors. Had we filed the returns in that state it would have been an immediate audit. So we had to file an extension and go back and forth through several extremely frustrating iterations to finally have a set of error free returns (July). All the while Mr. Strader had an unapologetic, almost hateful attitude towards us. He eventually got to the point he would only communicate through his clerk. If he treats his other customers the way we were treated he won't be in business long. The one star is only because Google forces it. Like someone else here said, if we could give a negative rating we would!

HORRIBLE 1st & last time with him. Had our taxes 2 1/2 weeks.  Could never talk to the man.  He only communicated through emails.  Requested a face to face meeting.  He never responded.  When I went to pick our forms up to go somewhere else, he finally showed his face to try to defend himself.
Don't waste your time with this man. He also said we owed money.  The new CPA got us a refund .  If I could give a negative star, believe me I would.

After more than 8 years using Mr.Strader's services and I myself having a hard time getting responses back from him as well as seeing the mess he has made of my son's taxes I too have moved on. RUN!
