After living there a whole lease never being late on rent, since we moved in, there has been a crack in our bath tub that led to more cracks. We called and told the office numerous times. I have pictures of all the mold in our closet from where the bath tub has leaked and about 4-5 different puddy colors. They never gave us a new bath tub. And the hot water heater has been leaking for months and tons of mold inside the closet and water leaking from under the floor. And medical records from where my daughter had to do breathing treatments from being sick. If you have small children this isn’t the place you wanna live. I’ve had to get all the pictures and medical records ready. Because they are taking us to court to sue us. Because we got our 2 babies out of there. Too bad I can’t post all the pictures.

The property manager is very arrogant, and has a smart mouth and on top of that is very disrespectful! Employees do not give out correct information, apartments are roach infested to the point where pest control has to come almost every Tuesday to spray! About two months ago, I saw crime scene tape, but was never notified about a crime!!!! Horrible place to live! You get what you pay for!

I lived in these apartments for a year. I just moved out Sept. 30th 2017. My neighbors were great and maintenance came on time. BUT when i moved out my mother & I cleaned that apartment down to cleaning the carpet. I had to call to see if I was getting my deposit back and I was told I wasn't because of cleaning. Tanish told me there was a charge for cleaning the burners on the stove, painting, and blinds for the large window, and cleaning the dishwasher. There was only ONE blind missing, should've only been painting in the kitchen. There is NO WAY those charges should've totaled to $505. The apartment Wasn't clean when I moved in, smelled bad of smoke!!  The apartment wasn't ready when I suppose to move in! I had to call off my job and miss school because the apartment wasn't ready on move in date!! Annnd I paid my rent on time the whole year I was there!! I was a good tenant. I am beyond pissed! The walk through wasn't done with me present! Red Flag! I should've been present to do the walk through with them!

Great apartment for the money. It's quiet aside from the activity at Milton Frank which I don't mind. Neighbors keep to themselves but are friendly. Staff is wonderful. It's a great central location close to everything like Brahan Sorings, Monte Sano, Downtown, Lowe Mill, Campus 805, and Bridgestreet.  If they had more plants, bushes and trees around the buildings to provide more privacy and nature for tenants then it would be perfect.
