I really don't know much about the place to be honest. It's a dirt lot with no trees and the price sounded good. I called ahead to ask about availability and was told that they had spots available. I was turned away because I drive an older RV. I make almost 100k yr but I'm apparently not good enough for this particular dirt lot. The guy I spoke with was very friendly and referred me to another place close by.

A friendly, clean park. Fast internet. The owner does a good job ejecting troublemakers and keeping the place quiet.  It is an adults only park, very peaceful.

Just called and the guy didn't state his name, said absolutely no kids, and then attempted to tell me that only service dogs under 40 pounds are allowed, which is completely against federal law. So if you are 50+ years old and childless go for it, we are gladly going to pass.😇🙏✝️✡️💜💚💯

This is a clean,reasonable,quiet,and friendly park. The host is very helpful.
