I hate to leave such a low review however, to be honest, 1 star is generous. The owner promised a $75 dollar arrangement for my wife to be delivered at 11am. The flowers were delivered over 2 hours late and were extremely disappointing. The owner herself gave multiple excuses as to why they were not able to deliver as promised and also over charged for delivery. Do not waste your money on what she referred to as "very nice" flowers (they were mediocre at best) nor on the pathetic attempt in customer service. Very disappointed !

WARNING! I ordered the "pamper me" basket for an anniversary gift for my wife. Spent close to $100 with taxes and delivery charges. What they delivered to her was a cheap dollar-store-looking basket crafted more for a day with the flu than a day at the spa. I took the basket back and found that the customer service is even worse than the basket. Apparently, it's the basket maker that is right, not the customer. Thanks guys. Anniversary surprise ruined, and you didn't make it right. Not only will I never order from them again, but this story will be told to all.

I always order from Stainbacks, usually at the very last moment. They have never once failed me. I appreciate their hard work and beautiful arrangements.

I had a last minute need for a quick same day delivery today. (Called at 1p and flowers were delivered at 2:15p) Cameron was wonderful and made sure the arrangement was beautiful and arrived in plenty of time! Will definitely use Stainback again! i appreciate the understanding of the importance of the delivery! Thank you

WARNING: They "have the right to substitute with any other flower." I ordered a bouquet of roses and what showed up was carnations and Gerbera daisies. I called to complain and the owner said she has the right to send out any type of flower no matter what was ordered and refused to rectify the situation. I spent over $200 on a few orders of flowers and they took it as "here's my money, please embarrass me." Pick a different florist people - one with some integrity because this one will rob you!
