Nick Stameroff prepared my mothers estate taxes after her death and her personal annual income tax.  I had waited till the last minute to get this done and was a bit daunted at the task.  He was very professional, explained what I would have to do, got the required information, and prepared the returns with a rapid turn around.  His knowledge and efficiency was very reassuring.  I would definitely recommend this company's services.

Nick went above and beyond to help my family and our business. He spent 15 minutes on the phone with me today helping me sort out a tough tax matter and was patient and graceful regarding my lack of understanding of the tax code. I am grateful for his help and would strongly recommend him and his office.

Mr. Stameroff represented me many years ago when I was audited by the IRS. I was terrified. A friend referred me to him.  He handled everything. I didn't even have to go to the IRS!  He really know the tax codes. I paid much less than the IRS originally wanted. He is professional, the office staff are courteous and helpful.  Mr. Stameroff has been doing my taxes ever since. I have a complicated return with multiple rentals and estate issues, but he always manages to get me a significant return. Besides my taxes, he helps me determine how to best save for my retirement, how much I should be saving, and where I save my money. I consult with him before I make any big financial decisions as I value his advice.
While I never like hearing "No" or  "not a good idea", he has never steered me wrong and my net worth is growing under his guidance.  As a tax professional, and financial planner- Nick Stameroff is the best in Santa Rosa.
