Great connection to Grand Central Terminal, NYC and airports. You can connect with subways or the NYCairporter bus within walking distance of Grand Central, and will take you approximately 50 minutes to get to from the Stamford station. You can also get to New Haven and have connections with Amtrak up and down the east coast. For such an important transportation hub in CT it does need a serious face lift. The station is kept clean but you can tell it's getting dated.

Clean for a train station. It's serviceable and has covered platforms which is nice. The new lighted announcements at the platforms are helpful. It's seriously lacking in character for being a main connecting and historic train station. With as many people using it I'm surprised at the scarcity of shops. Can't say anything about the parking situation.

Train station is clean and well kept which is a positive. Its also really easy to get in and out of. My real issue with this place is the lack of signs. If you don't commute out of here frequently you have to ask people where to go because the signs aren't very helpful.

Decent clean safe station with security could use upgrades to seating and available food choices but generally a good commuter station. Improvements being made including a new stairwell to track 5. Dealt commuter parking here for 8+ years as a commuter and that's the primary issue until they replace the condemned parking garage.

The information that shows from TV about the track number and the train should also be in the ground floor so that we shouldn't have to go upstairs n again come down for train. The ticket machine should also be in ground floor. Everytime I have to go up and down for everything which sucks.
