I've used them for years for basic clogs. They were always great, quick responding,  and informative.

They say they charge by the hour but they spent 3 minutes fixing one problem and when I wanted them to check something else they said it would be an addition charge.  They weren't here 5 minutes but charged for 1 hr.  I asked for the senior discount and they deducted $1.00.  Yes, one dollar.   What a joke.  Will never call them again.
