Worst law firm that I have ever worked with.unethical billing practices, trumped up charges, non deliver of promised documents, zero timeliness in responding to case matter, but quick to bill for anything and everything.  Other people's case documents were filed in my case tracker on several different occasions.  Delivered documents always had typographical errors, improper grammar.  The could even spell my last name correctly on termination of representation  letter that was sent out.  My assigned lawyer was either fired or he quit the firm and my case was to be transferred to an even greener associate lawyer. Terminating representation and will find a more ethical law firm to represent me in this matter, a simple divorce even in Illinois should not take 15 months!

I'm changing my review because my issue was approached promptly and professionally, this is a very difficult time for me as well as my child.. Kristin Olson has always returned emails/phone calls if not immediately, within hours. I realize you can't control the court system, nor the other party and I am in great hands, this has been a very draining time emotionally and financially, but she was left to pick up the slack from a mess I was left with from a different law firm, instead of looking at it as only 6 months. It's seemed like forever, because of my attorney before her. Thank u Kristin for always putting me at ease and I highly recommend her and her team .

Absolutely the best!! Kristin is on top of her game, always has an answer to my questions. I would never have had a chance without this firm. Wouldn't want any other firm representing me!!

I'm giving 5 stars because Kristin Olson has been so patient with everything going on. She has maintained constant contact and is always available to talk, even after hours or on weekends. We've had many curve balls thrown at us on this case, including an emergency that changed everything and a judge who didn't exactly follow protocol and she has been able to help navigate me through them. Yes, this law firm seems pricey, but I learned years ago that you get what you pay for. I believe that, had I hired a lawyer from Stange Law Firm when my divorce was finalized 10 years ago, instead of hiring a "cheap" attorney, I wouldn't be going through my current situation.  I also really enjoy being able to track all of my documents online. If I have a question about anything, I don't have to wait until I get home to look at a carbon copy, I can download all correspondences right to my phone.
